TORTA ALLE VERDURE
Ingredienti per 6/8 porzioni Ingredienti per 6/8 porzioni
Cuocete le verdure per alcuni minuti in acqua bollente
salata e scolatele.
Fate saltare le verdure tagliate a pezzi in una padella
con un poco di olio.
Foderate la tortiera con la carta da forno e stendete la
pasta ricoprendo anche i bordi. Distribuite le verdure
cospargete con il formaggio grattugiato.
Sbattete in un contenitore uova, panna, latte, sale
e paprica e versate il composto in modo omogeneo
sulle verdure.
Selezionate dal menu “RICETTE” la categoria “TORTE
DOLCI/SALATE” ed infi ne la ricetta “TORTA ALLE
VERDURE” e confermate.

un fi letto di pesce al vapore oppure servita come
antipasto con una salsa tiepida a base di verdura
(crema di porri, frullato di pomodoro,
crema di zucca).
