GEGRATINEERDE GROENTEN
Ingrediënten voor 4/6 portiesIngrediënten voor 4/6 porties
Was de groenten en snij ze in stukken. Kook ze enkele
minuten in kokend water met zout, giet ze af en dep
ze droog.
Bereiding van de bechamelsaus:
Vet de ovenschaal in en leg de groenten erin. Giet de
bechamelsaus erover.
Meng de kaas met het paneermeel en strooi dit over
de bechamelsaus.
Voeg naar wens klontjes boter toe.
Smelt de boter, voeg de bloem toe en roer goed, zodat
u geen klontjes krijgt. Voeg beetje bij beetje de melk
toe en laat de saus koken.
Blijf roeren tot u de gewenste dikte heeft.
Breng de saus op smaak met een snufje zout en
nootmuskaat.
Kies uit het menu “RECEPTEN” de categorie “GROENTEN”
en daarna het recept “GEGRATIN. GROENTEN” en
bevestig uw keuze.
