GÂTEAU MARBRÉ
Battez le sucre et la vanilline avec les œufs à
température ambiante, jusqu’à ce que vous obteniez
un mélange crémeux. Ajoutez le beurre préalablement
ramolli.
Tamisez la farine et ajoutez la levure.
Incorporez la farine et le lait en alternant, et
mélangez jusqu’à ce que vous obteniez un mélange
dense. Beurrez et farinez un moule à gâteau en forme
de couronne et versez la moitié de la préparation.
Mélangez le cacao tamisé à l’autre moitié de la
préparation.
Ajoutez ensuite la seconde moitié de la préparation
dans le moule et, à l’aide d’une fourchette, formez
une spirale bicolore en faisant tourner celle-ci dans
le mélange.
Sélectionnez dans le menu « RECETTES » la catégorie
« DESSERT », puis la recette « GÂTEAU MARBRÉ » et
validez votre sélection.
