produkten införskaffades.
När produktgarantins uppställda villkor uppfyllts har du rätt att ställa krav på Westfalia Automotive GmbH om,
• konstruktions-, material- eller bearbetningsfel som Westfalia Automotive GmbH ansvarar för inskränker den normala användningen av denna Westfalia
produkt
• begränsad användning genom otillräckligt underhåll, felaktig eller icke ändamålsenlig användning eller särskild miljöpåverkan eller ovanliga
användningsvillkor kan uteslutas
• Westfalia Automotive GmbH ges möjligheten att undersöka denna Westfalia produkt på plats.
För att produktgarantins anspråk ska göras gällande kan Westfalia Automotive GmbH själv välja att
• antingen reparera en defekt Westfalia produkt eller att ersätta den med ett ny
• ersätta Westfalia produktens nuvärde i pengar (nuvärde är det ursprungliga inköpspriset, minus 15 % för varje påbörjat år efter köpet).
Anspråken för denna produktgaranti preskriberas inom ett år efter det att kunden själv anmält sina anspråk till Westfalia Automotive GmbH.
Produktgarantins längd på fem (5) år är en avslutande frist som börjar när Westfalia produkten köps och den kan inte förlängas genom bevisning av
garantiåtgärder.
