Ez a termékszavatosság a következő feltételek mellet érvényes:
• az Ön szokásos tartózkodási helye (lakóhelye) Európában van,
• ezt a Westfalia terméket a Westfalia Automotive GmbH gyártotta és új termékként lett eladva, valamint
• Ön ellenőrizte ezt a Westfalia terméket a vásárlás után, és a felismert hibákat jelentette a kereskedőnél, ahol Ön ezt a Westfalia terméket vásárolta.
Amennyiben Ön eleget tett az ebben a nyilatkozatban felsorolt termékszavatosság feltételeinek, úgy jogosult igényei érvényesítésére a Westfalia
Automotive GmbH felé, ha

• Ön lehetővé teszi a Westfalia Automotive GmbH számára ennek a Westfalia terméknek a helyszíni kivizsgálását.
Az Ön által ennek a termékszavatosságnak az alapján támasztott igényét a Westfalia Automotive GmbH saját választása szerint elégítheti ki:
• vagy megjavítja a hibás Westfalia termékeket, vagy cserét szállít, vagy
• pénzben teszi jóvá a Westfalia termék időértékét (az időérték alatt az eredeti vásárlási ár 15 %-os csökkentése értendő a vásárlást követő minden
megkezdett év után).
A Westfalia Automotive GmbH-nál történt igény-benyújtás után az ebből a termékgaranciából adódó, Ön által támasztott igény egy év alatt elévül. A
termékre nyújtott szavatosság öt (5) évre szól bezárólagosan, amely az Ön által vásárolt Westfalia termék vásárlásával kezdődik és a garanciális
intézkedések teljesítése által nem hosszabbodik.
Ennek a termékszavatosságnak az alapján további igények nem támaszthatók. Amennyiben a Westfalia Automotive GmbH saját hibájából nem sérti
meg más életét, testi épségét, vagy egészségét, vagy készakarva, vagy durva gondatlanságból eme temékszavatosság más elkötelezettségeit, úgy
nem támasztható a Westfalia Automotive GmbH-val szemben különösképpen semmiféle kárigény.

• Questo prodotto Westfalia è stato prodotto dalla Westfalia Automotive GmbH e acquistato come prodotto nuovo
