Using the device
Open the battery cover at the back of the scale and insert 2 AAA batteries.
Close the battery cover.
Download and install the OKOK Healthcare app by scanning the QR code or
searching for it in AppGallery or other app stores.
Connect and pair the scale with the OKOK Healthcare app.
Provide your personal information.
Place the scale on a flat surface and start measuring.
Enter your weight data in the app to monitor and track your weight.
Track weight trends with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that show
changes in weight using curves.
Manage the scale by pairing, binding, and unbinding.
Manage connections by managing your account and user information.
Account management includes registration, login, password change, and
password recovery.
User management allows you to manage your personal information such as
nickname, birthday, height, gender, as well as the accounts and information of
family members registered under the same account.
Warnings
Please use caution when using the scale near wet floors to avoid slipping.
Make sure the glass surface of the scale is dry before using it.
Stand in the middle of the scale to ensure stability and prevent tipping over.
Avoid using sharp objects that could scratch or damage the glass platform.
The scale is not waterproof, so keep it in a dry environment and avoid
submerging it in water.
Use a soft cloth with neutral cleaning liquids to clean the surface.
Remove the batteries when they are running low to prevent leaks that may
corrode the scale.
