3.4.3 Veiligheids- en controle-inrichtingen
Veiligheidstemperatuurbegrenzer (eSTB)
Als de temperatuur een waarde van 95 °C overschrijdt, wordt de brandstoftoevoer
uitgeschakeld en de ventilator- en pompnaloop ingeleid (
W12
). De ketel schakelt zich
weer automatisch aan wanneer de temperatuur 1 minuut lang onder de gewenste
vertrekwaarde gedaald is.
Als de temperatuur 105 °C overschrijdt, wordt de brandstoftoevoer uitgeschakeld en
de ventilator- en pompnaloop ingeleid. De installatie wordt vergrendeld (
F11
).
Temperatuurverschil veiligheidstemperatuurbegrenzer/vertrekvoeler
Als het verschil tussen veiligheids- en vertrektemperatuur de waarde van parameter
A13 overschrijdt, wordt de ketel uitgeschakeld (
W18
).
Controle van de temperatuurstijging (Gradiënt)
Als de temperatuur op de veiligheidstemperatuurbegrenzer te snel stijgt
(parameter A7), wordt de ketel uitgeschakeld (
W14
). De functie wordt pas bij een
keteltemperatuur > 45 °C actief.
Temperatuurverschil veiligheidstemperatuurbegrenzer/rookgas
Als het verschil tussen veiligheids- en rookgastemperatuur de waarde van parameter
A7 overschrijdt, wordt de ketel uitgeschakeld (
W15
). Als de waarschuwing 30 keer
na mekaar optreedt, wordt de installatie vergrendeld (
F15
). Bij benadering van deze
waarden wordt het pompvermogen eerst verhoogd en wordt daarna het branderver-
mogen gereduceerd.
Rookgasvoeler (eSTB)
Als de rookgastemperatuur de waarde van parameter
33
(fabrieksinstelling 120 °C)
overschrijdt, wordt de brandstoftoevoer uitgeschakeld en de ventilator- en pompna-
loop ingeleid (
F13
). Bij het naderen van de veiligheidstemperatuur wordt het bran-
dervermogen stap voor stap gereduceerd, bij 5 K verschil (115 °C) schakelt de
brander af (
W16
).
Watergebrekschakelaar
Als de installatiedruk lager ligt dan 1 bar, schakelt de ketel zich uit (
W36
). Als de druk
weer tot 1,2 bar stijgt, treedt de ketel weer automatisch in werking.
Temperatuurschakelaar warmtewisselaar
Als de temperatuur op de temperatuurschakelaar warmtewisselaar 112 °C (+7 K)
overschrijdt, schakelt de ketel zich uit (
W36
). Als de temperatuurschakelaar gewerkt
heeft, moet deze manueel ontgrendeld worden.
