Großlast (ST2) voreinstellen:
Luftklappenstellung anhand der Großlastkurve aus
Diagramm ermitteln und Großlastendschalter (ST2)
entsprechend einstellen.
Kleinlast (ST1) voreinstellen:
Luftklappenstellung anhand der Kleinlastkurve aus
Diagramm ermitteln und Kleinlasthilfsschalter (ST1)
entsprechend einstellen.
Zuschaltpunkt für das Großlast-Magnetventil (MV2)
voreinstellen:
Den Zuschaltpunkt auf ca. 1/3 des Stellweges zwischen
ST1 und ST2 einstellen.
Beispiel Lufklappeneinstellung WL20/1-C, Ausf. Z
Feuerungswärmeleistung (QF) bei:
Pumpendruck Großlast (22 bar) 101 kW
Pumpendruck Kleinlast (10 bar) 67,8 kW
Daraus ergibt sich eine Luftklappenstellung
für Großlast (ST2) von: 48°
für Kleinlast (ST1) von: 30°
Zusschaltpunkt für das Großlast-Magnetventil (MV2)
48° (ST2) - 30° (ST1) =6°

+ Luftklappenstellung Kleinlast (ST1) 30°
= Zuschaltpunkt (MV2) 36°
Beispiel Lufklappeneinstellung WL20/2-C, Ausf. Z
Feuerungswärmeleistung (QF) bei:
Großlast (Düse 1 + Düse 2) 165,3 kW
Kleinlast (Düse 1) 98,7 kW
Daraus ergibt sich eine Luftklappenstellung
für Großlast (ST2) von: 68°
für Kleinlast (ST1) von: 41°
Zusschaltpunkt für das Großlast-Magnetventil (MV2)
68° (ST2) - 41° (ST1) =9°
