W ARRANT Y
Thank you for purchasing a WEBER product. Weber- Stephen Products
LLC, 1415 S. Roselle Road, Palatine, Illinois 60067 (“WEBER”) prides
itself on delivering a safe, dur able, and reliablepr oduct.
This is WEBER’s V oluntary W arranty provided to you at no e xtra
charge. It c ontains the information you will need to have your WEBER
product repair ed in the unlikely event of a failure or defect.
Pursuant to applicable laws, the customer has several rights in
case the product is defective. Those rights include supplementary
performance or replacement, abatement of the purchasing price,
and compensation. In the European Union, for example, this
would be a two-year statutory warr anty starting on the date of the
handover of the product. These and other statutory rights r emain
unaected by this warranty provision. In fact, this warranty gr ants
additional rights to the Owner that are independent from statutory
warranty provisions.
WEBER’S VOLUNT ARY W ARRANTY
WEBER warrants, to the purchaser of the WEBER pr oduct (or in the
case of a gift or promotional situation, the person for whom it was
purchased as a gift or promotional item), that the WEBER product is
free from defects in material and workmanship for the period(s) of
time specified below when assembled and operated in acc ordance
with the accompanying Owner’s Manual. (Note: If you lose or
misplace your WEBER Owner’s Manual, a r eplacement is available
online at www .weber .com, or such c ountry-specific website to which
Owner may be redirected.) Under normal, private single family
home or apartment use and maintenance, WEBER agrees within the
framework of this warr anty to repair or replac e defective parts within
the applicable time periods, limitations, and exclusions listed below .
TO THE EXTENT ALLOW ABLE BY APPLICABLE LA W , THIS W ARRANTY
IS EXTENDED ONL Y TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS NO T
TRANSFERABLE TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF
GIFTS AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AS NO TED ABOVE.
OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS W ARRANTY
T o ensure tr ouble-free warranty c overage, it is important (but it
is not required) that y ou register your WEBER pr oduct online at
www .weber .com, or such c ountry-specific website to which Owner
may be redirected. Please also retain your original sales r eceipt and/
or invoice. Registering your WEBER pr oduct confirms your warranty
cover age and provides a direct link between you and WEBER in case
we need to contact you.
The above warranty only applies if the Owner tak es reasonable
care of the WEBER product by following all assembly instructions,
usage instructions, and prev entative maintenance as outlined in the
accompanying Owner’s Manual, unless the Owner c an prove that the
defect or failure is independent of non-complianc e with the above
mentioned obligations. If you live in a c oastal area, or have y our
product located near a pool, maintenance includes regular washing
and rinsing of the exterior surfaces as outlined in the accompan ying
Owner’s Manual.
WARRANTY HANDLING / EXCLUSION OF W ARRANTY
If you believe that you have a part which is cov ered by this W arranty ,
please contact WEBER Customer Servic e using the contact
information on our website (www .weber .com, or such c ountry-
specific website to which Owner may be redirected). WEBER will,
upon investigation, r epair or replace (at its option) a defective
part that is covered by this Warr anty . In the event that repair or
replacement ar e not possible, WEBER may choose (at its option) to
replace the grill in question with a new grill of equal or gr eater value.
WEBER may ask you to return parts for inspection, shipping charges
to be pre-paid.
This W ARRANTY lapses if there ar e damages, deteriorations,
discolourations, and/or rust for which WEBER is not r esponsible
caused by:
• Abuse, misuse, alter ation, modification, misapplication, vandalism,
neglect, improper assembly or installation, and failure to pr operly
perform normal and routine maintenance;
• Insects (such as spiders) and rodents (such as squirrels), including
but not limited to damage to burner tubes and/or gas hoses;
• Exposure to salt air and/or chlorine sources such as swimming
pools and hot tubs/spas;
• Severe weather conditions such as hail, hurric anes, earthquakes,
tsunamis or surges, tornadoes or sev ere storms.
The use and/or installation of parts on your WEBER pr oduct that are
not genuine WEBER parts will void this Warr anty , and any damages
that result hereb y are not cover ed by this W arranty . Any conversion
of a gas grill not authorized by WEBER and performed by a WEBER
authorized service technician will void this W arranty .

WEBER. THE PRESENT W ARRANTY ST A TEMENT ALSO DOES NOT
LIMIT OR EXCLUDE SITU A TIONS OR CLAIMS WHERE WEBER HAS
MANDA TORY LIABILITY AS PRESCRIBED BY ST ATUTE.
NO W ARRANTIES SHALL APPL Y AFTER THE APPLICABLE PERIODS
OF THIS W ARRANTY . NO OTHER WARRANTIES GIVEN B Y ANY
PERSON, INCL UDING A DEALER OR RET AILER, WITH RESPEC T TO
ANY PRODUC T (SUCH AS ANY “EXTENDED WARRANTIES”), SHALL
BIND WEBER. THE EXCLUSIVE REMED Y OF THIS WARRANTY IS
REP AIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE P ART OR PRODUC T .
IN NO EVENT UNDER THIS VOLUNT ARY W ARRANTY SHALL RECO VERY
OF ANY KIND BE GREA TER THAN THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE
PRICE OF THE WEBER PRODUC T SOLD.
YOU ASSUME THE RISK AND LIABILITY FOR L OSS, D AMAGE, OR
INJURY TO YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY AND/OR TO O THERS AND
THEIR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF THE MISUSE OR ABUSE OF THE
PRODUCT OR F AILURE TO FOLL OW INSTRUC TIONS PROVIDED BY
WEBER IN THE ACCOMP ANYING OWNER’S MANUAL.
P ARTS AND ACCESSORIES REPLA CED UNDER THIS W ARRANTY ARE
WARRANTED ONL Y FOR THE BALANCE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED
ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD(S).

AP ARTMENT USE ONL Y AND DOES NOT APPL Y TO WEBER GRILLS
USED IN COMMERCIAL, COMMUNAL OR MUL TI-UNIT SETTINGS SUCH
AS REST AURANTS, HOTELS, RESORTS, OR RENT AL PROPERTIES.
WEBER MA Y FROM TIME TO TIME CHANGE THE DESIGN OF ITS
PRODUCTS. NO THING CONT AINED IN THIS W ARRANTY SHALL BE
CONSTRUED AS OBLIGA TING WEBER TO INCORPORA TE SUCH DESIGN
CHANGES INTO PREVIOUSL Y MANUF AC TURED PRODUCTS, NOR
SHALL SUCH CHANGES BE CONSTRUED AS AN ADMISSION THA T
PREVIOUS DESIGNS WERE DEFECTIVE.
