Note: Ensure that the temperature controller is

correctlypluggedintotheappliance;otherwisethe

appliance can be damaged or will not work

properly.

1. Insert the plug into the power supply socket.

Theorangeindicatorlampislitwh

enthetemperatureissettoposition1orhigher.

2. Turn the temperaturecontrollerdial tothehig hest position (position5) and allowthe

appliance to heat up so that the  dust that can get into the appliance during

manufacture isbur

nt off.Do notputanyproducts intheappliance.  While heating up,

gasorsmokecan comeoutoftheappliance;thisisnormal.Whentheorangeindicator

lampgoes out,theappliancehasreachedoperatingtemperature.Thistakesabout5‐10

minutes.

3. When the orange indicator lamp go

es out, the appliance has reached operating

temperature.Openthelidandplacetheproductonthenon‐stickcookingplate.Ifyou

want,youcangreasethecookingplatebutthisisn'tnecessary.



Note:Whilepreparingfoodstheindicatorlampcancomeonandgoutoutagain.Thismeans

thattheappli

anceisstayingattemperature.
