• Intensity HR Zone stelt u in staat om handmatig uw leeftijd in te stellen,
uw rust hartslag en uw gewenste trainingsintensiteit (%). De Series III
monitor zal automatisch uw gewenste hartslag berekenen en de minimum
en maximum grens vaststellen. U kunt de grenzen handmatig veranderen
indien u dat wenst.
•
Het programmeren van de Intensity HR Zones: Ga naar de hartslag
zone scherm door op mode te drukken. Gebruik de knoppen ↑ en ↓ om de
intensity optie te kiezen en mode om te bevestigen. Gebruik de knoppen ↑
en ↓ om uw leeftijd in te stellen en mode om te bevestigen. Gebruik de
knoppen ↑ en ↓ om uw rust hartslag in te stellen en mode om te
bevestigen. Gebruik de knoppen ↑ en ↓ om uw gewenste
trainingsintensiteit (%) in te stellen en mode om te bevestigen. Uw
berekende maximum zal worden weergegeven, u kunt de knoppen ↑ en ↓
gebruiken om deze te veranderen indien u dat wenst en mode om het te
bevestigen. De monitor zal naar de gereed modus gaan met de gewenste
hartslag zone ingesteld.
Programma opslag
De WaterRower Series III monitor stelt u in staat om 5 sets van trainingen op te slaan.
Deze kunnen op elk tijdstip worden teruggebracht.
• Het opslaan van uw instellingen: Ga naar de Store Settings scherm met
behulp van de mode knop. Gebruik de knoppen ↑ en ↓ om de programma
positie te kiezen dat u wilt opslaan en mode om te bevestigen. Uw huidige
monitor instellingen zullen worden opgeslagen in die programma positie.
• Het laden van uw instellingen: Ga naar de Load Settings scherm door op
mode te drukken. Gebruik de knoppen ↑ en ↓ om de programma positie te
kiezen welk u wilt laden en druk op mode om te bevestigen. De instellingen
die in die programma positie zijn opgeslagen zullen geladen worden in de
huidige monitor instellingen.
Geavanceerde functies
De WaterRower Series III monitor heeft een groot aantal geavanceerde functies
waaronder:
Taal: Een selectie van Engels, Frans, Italiaans en Duits.
Custom Welcome: Stelt u in staat om de welkomstboodschap in te stellen.
PC Comms: Stelt u in staat om voor verscheidene PC interface opties te kiezen
waaronder:
• RS232 Baudrate: 1200 of 2400 Baudrates.
• System upload: Het uploaden van data naar de monitor.
• System download: Het downloaden van data van de monitor.
Fabrieksinstellingen: Stelt u in staat om de monitor te resetten naar de
fabrieksinstellingen.
