Certificato di garanzia
Sulla base delle condizioni appena esposte concediamo la seguente garanzia:
2 anni di garanzia generale
per un funzionamento ottimale degli apparecchi.
Eventuali danni a vetro, vetro-ceramica, smalto, pietra ollare, ceramica e vernice
sono inclusi nella garanzia solo se notificati al nostro centro assistenza entro 14
giorni dalla data di consegna dell’apparecchio.
Eventuali anomalie provocate agli apparecchi a gas da terzi e causati da sporco,
collegamento errato, uso improprio o regolazioni e spostamenti inappropriati sono
esclusi dalla garanzia.
Per cucine a legna e carbone
3 anni per caldaie da inserto per termo cucine a riscaldamento centrale. Sono
escluse dalla garanzia le caldaie da inserto azionate in impianti aperti con
componenti in materiale non ferroso.
6 mesi per i componenti esposti direttamente alla fiamma, come ad esempio
mattoni refrattari, piastra di deviazione fumi, piastre in vermiculite, griglia e porta
griglia, tutti i componenti mobili e le parti soggette ad usura come maniglie,
pomelli, elementi di accensione, componenti della valvola di sicurezza,
termocoppie e guarnizioni magnetiche. Non viene riconosciuta alcuna garanzia
per piccole incrinature delle parti in muratura.
