Installation der Windfahne
Drücken Sie die Windfahne, wie in Abbildung 3 gezeigt, so weit wie möglich in
den Schaft an der Oberseite des Sensors hinein. Ziehen Sie die Schraube, wie
in Abbildung 4 gezeigt, mit einem Kreuzschlitzschraubenzieher fest, damit die
Windfahne nicht mehr von der Achse entfernt werden kann. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass sich die Windfahne frei drehen kann. Die Bewegung der Windfahne
unterliegt einer geringen Reibung, was hilfreich bei der akkuraten Messung
der Windgeschwindigkeit ist.

Vier Buchstaben des Alphabets „N“, „E“, „S“ und „W“ zeigen jeweils die
Windrichtung an und stehen für Norden, Osten, Süden und Westen. Der
Windrichtungssensor muss so installiert werden, dass die Buchstaben auf
dem Sensor den tatsächlichen Himmelsrichtungen am Standort entsprechen.
Wenn der Sensor währen der Installation falsch positioniert wird, wird die
Himmelsrichtung, aus welcher der Wind kommt, immer falsch angezeigt
werden.
