TERMINI E CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
WAITEC N.V. garantisce i prodotti WAITEC contro qualsiasi difetto di
materiale o fattura a condizione che il prodotto venga usato
correttamente, per un periodo di due anni a partire dalla data di
acquisto. Nel caso in cui si riscontrino eventuali difetti del prodotto
durante il periodo di garanzia, WAITEC riparerà o sostituirà, a sua
discrezione, il prodotto difettoso. Questa garanzia non è valida se:
• il prodotto è stato utilizzato o conservato in condizioni di
manutenzione o uso anomale;
• il prodotto è stato riparato, modificato o alterato, a meno che
tali riparazioni, modifiche o alterazioni non siano state
espressamente autorizzate per iscritto da WAITEC;
• il prodotto è stato soggetto ad abuso, negligenza, fulmini,
corto circuito, confezionamento improprio o incidente;
•
il prodotto è stato installato in modo non appropriato, oppure;
•
il numero di serie del prodotto è stato staccato o è mancante.
In nessuna circostanza WAITEC sarà ritenuta responsabile per danni diretti,
speciali o consequenziali quali, ma non limitatamente, danni o perdita di
proprietà o unità, perdita di profitti o guadagni, costo per la sostituzione di
merce, o spese o inconvenienti causati dalle interruzioni del servizio. In
nessuna circostanza sarà possibile ottenere come rimborso un importo più
alto del prezzo d'acquisto del prodotto. Per ottenere una riparazione in
garanzia, è possibile che venga richiesta una prova d'acquisto per confermare
che il prodotto è ancora in garanzia.

tramite i servizi elettronici di assistenza attivi 24 ore al giorno oppure per
mezzo dell’assistenza telefonica. Se un prodotto WAITEC necessita di

istruzioni sulla procedura da seguire.
