Vorbereitung des Beschichtungsstoffes

Zur Verarbeitung mit der Spritzpistole müssen die Farben meist verdünnt werden.

Hinweise zur spritzfähigen Verdünnung finden Sie nur selten auf der Materialdose.

Richten Sie sich daher nach der Viskositätstabelle auf dieser Seite.

(Viskosität = Dickflüssigkeit des Beschichtungsstoffes)

Messen der Viskosität

1. Beschichtungsstoff vor der Messung gründlich durchrühren.

2. Viskositätsmessbecher (Abb 2.) bis über den Rand in den Beschichtungs-

stoff eintauchen.

3. Den Messbecher anheben und die Zeit in Sekunden messen, bis der Flüssigkeits-

faden beim Auslaufen abreißt.

Diese Zeit wird "Auslaufzeit in Sekunden" genannt.
