5: fase U (float)
Dopo la fase U0 il caricatore per batterie passa alla carica di mantenimento.
Se sono collegate le utenze CC queste vengono alimentate dall’apparecchio.
Solo se la potenza necessaria supera la capacità dell’apparecchio, tale
potenza supplementare viene rilevata dalla batteria. La batteria inoltre viene
scaricata finché l’apparecchio non entra di nuovo nella fase I e carica la bat-
teria.
6: condizionamento ogni 12 giorni
Ogni 12 giorni il caricabatterie torna alla fase 1 per 85 min. per riattivare la
batteria. In questo modo vengono evitati eventuali fenomeni di solfatazione.
7 Montaggio dell’apparecchio
Per la scelta del luogo di montaggio fare attenzione alle seguenti indicazioni.
L’apparecchio può essere montato orizzontalmente o verticalmente.
Non montare l’apparecchio
– in ambienti umidi o bagnati
– polverosi
– in prossimità di materiali infiammabili
– in zone a rischio di esplosione.
Il luogo di montaggio deve essere sufficientemente aerato. Se le installa-
zioni vengono eseguite in locali piccoli e chiusi, deve essere presente un
sistema di aerazione e disaerazione. La distanza libera intorno all’appa-
recchio deve essere di almeno 25 cm.
L’entrata d’aria sul lato inferiore e l’uscita d’aria sul retro dell’apparecchio
devono rimanere libere.
Con temperature ambiente maggiori di 40 °C (ad es. in vani motore o di
riscaldamento, esposizione diretta ai raggi solari), a causa del riscalda-
mento proprio dell’apparecchio, in caso di sollecitazione, può ridursi la
potenza.
La superficie di montaggio deve essere piana e sufficientemente stabile.
Non montare l’apparecchio nello stesso vano delle batterie.
Non montare l’apparecchio al di sopra delle batterie, perché potrebbe
salire vapore di zolfo corrosivo dalle batterie che danneggerebbe l’appa-
recchio.
