¡ATENCIÓN!
Mientras esté realizando trabajos con las baterías no lleve
ningún objeto de metal como relojes o anillos.
Las baterías de plomo-ácido pueden producir corrientes de
cortocircuito que podrían provocar graves quemaduras.
¡Peligro de explosión!
Nunca intente cargar una batería congelada o defectuosa.
Coloque la batería en un lugar protegido contra las heladas y
espere a que la batería se encuentre a temperatura ambiente.
Empiece entonces a cargarla.
Lleve gafas y ropa de protección cuando trabaje con las
baterías. No se lleve nunca las manos a los ojos mientras esté
realizando trabajos con las baterías.
No fume y asegúrese de que no salte ninguna chispa en las
cercanías del motor o de la batería.

Utilice únicamente baterías recargables.
Evite que caigan sobre la batería piezas metálicas. Ello podría
provocar chispas o se podría cortocircuitar la batería y otras
partes eléctricas.
Al realizar la conexión preste atención a la polaridad correcta.
Siga las instrucciones dadas por el fabricante de la batería y por
el fabricante de la instalación o del vehículo donde se utilice la
batería.
Si desea desmontar la batería, desconecte primero la conexión
a masa. Desconecte de la batería todas las uniones y consumi-
dores antes de desmontarla.
3 Uso adecuado
Los cargadores de baterías PerfectCharge MCA pueden cargar o suminis-
trar tensión de compensación a baterías que se utilizan a bordo de vehículos
o embarcaciones para producir corriente.
Los cargadores de baterías MCA sirven para cargar de forma continua bate-
rías de abastecimiento o baterías de arranque. Así podrán cargarse o man-
tenerse a un alto nivel de capacidad las siguientes baterías:
