8 Toestel aansluiten
8.1 Aan accu en voedingsspanning aansluiten
Accu aansluiten
Neem de volgende instructies in acht bij het aansluiten van de accu:
!
Zorg er bij het aanklemmen voor dat de polen van de accu schoon zijn.
Let op een stevige bevestiging van de connectors.
Kies een voldoende grote doorsnede voor de aansluitkabel (zie hoofdstuk
„Technische gegevens” op pagina 181).
Installeer de kabels volgens VDE 100 (Duitsland).
Sluit de minkabel direct op de minpool van de accu aan, niet op het chas-
sis van een voertuig of een schip.
Gebruik de volgende kabelkleur:
– Rood: plusaansluiting
– Zwart: minaansluiting
Zorg ervoor dat de polariteit niet wordt verwisseld. Een ompoling van de
aansluitingen kan defecten van het toestel tot gevolg hebben
➤ Leg de pluskabel van de acculader naar de pluspool van de accu en sluit
deze daar aan.
➤ Leg de minkabel van de acculader naar de minpool van de accu en sluit
deze daar aan.
230-V-spanning aansluiten
➤ Steek de meegeleverde 230-V-aansluitkabel in de bus „AC INPUT” van
de MCA-acculader.
➤ Sluit het toestel met de 230-V-aansluitkabel aan op een geaard en door
een aardlekschakelaar beveiligd 230-V-stopcontact.
VOORZICHTIG!
Vermijd absoluut contact met de accuvloeistof!
Accu’s met interne kortsluiting mogen niet worden geladen,
aangezien door oververhitting van de accu explosieve gassen
kunnen ontstaan.
