10 Impiego dell'inverter
10.1 Accensione dell'inverter
➤ Posizionare l'interruttore principale (fig. 6 1, pagina 4 e fig. 7 1,
pagina 5) dell'inverter in posizione “ON”.
Per spegnere posizionare l'interruttore On/Off su “OFF”.
➤ L'inverter esegue un test di autodiagnosi.
Durante l'autodiagnosi un altoparlante interno emette dei suoni e i LED
lampeggiano.
✓ Quando l'autodiagnosi è finita, i LED “Input Level” (fig. 6 2, pagina 4 e
fig. 7 2, pagina 5) e “Load Status” (fig. 6 3, pagina 4 e fig. 7 3,
pagina 5) diventano verdi.
Quando l'apparecchio è in funzione, osservare le seguenti indicazioni (vedi
anche il capitolo “Eliminazione dei guasti” a pagina 137)
L'inverter si spegne quando
la tensione della batteria scende sotto il valore di 10,5 V (collegamento da
12 Vg) o sotto il valore di 21 V (collegamento da 24 Vg),
la tensione della batteria sale sopra il valore di 16 V (collegamento da 12
Vg) o sopra il valore di 32 V (collegamento da 24 Vg),
l'inverter è surriscaldato.
➤ In questo caso spegnere l'inverter con l'interruttore principale (fig. 6 1,
pagina 4 e fig. 7 1, pagina 5).
➤ Controllare che l'inverter venga sufficientemente areato e che le aperture
della ventola e le feritoie di aerazione siano libere.
➤ Attendere ca. 5 – 10 min. e riaccendere l'inverter senza utenza.
Se si tiene in funzione l'inverter per un periodo prolungato e con il massimo
carico, si consiglia di avviare il motore per ricaricare la batteria del veicolo.
10.2 Spie di funzionamento
LED “Input Level” (fig. 6 2, pagina 4 e fig. 7 2, pagina 5)
Il LED “Input Level” indica il campo di tensione nel quale si trova la tensione
di ingresso.
