Käynnistä ajoneuvo ja kytke nopeussäädin päälle painamalla käyttölaitteen ON/OFF-
painiketta.
Aja n. 40-50 km/h nopeutta, paina SET-painiketta aktivoidaksesi nopeussäätimen.
Nopeussäätimen tulisi nyt vastaanottaa nopeus pehmeästi ja ylläpitää vakaasti ajettua
nopeutta. Alin nopeus, jolla nopeussäädin toimii, on n. 40 km/h.
Herkkyysasetus
Jos nopeussäädin ei kytkeydy päälle pehmeästi tai ajoneuvo alkaa kulkemaan
nopeammin tai hitaammin normaalikäytön aikana, voidaan nopeussäätimen
herkkyysasetuksia säätää. Jos nopeussäädin vastaanottaa ajetun nopeuden liian nopeasti
tai äkkinäisesti, on INIT-arvoa pienennettävä. Jos nopeussäädin toimii normaalikäytössä
liian äkkinäisesti, on GAIN-arvoa pienennettävä. Jos nopeussäädin reagoi
normaalikäytössä liian laiskasti ja hitaasti, on GAIN-arvoa nostettava. Kaikkia
herkkyysasetuksia voidaan säätää asetustilassa, katso tähän liittyen kulkukaavio s. 291.
