Gehen Sie wie folgt vor, wenn Sie das Kühlgerät an Wechselstrom
anschließen:
➤ Befestigen Sie den Gleichrichter wie dargestellt an der vorgesehenen
Stelle hinten am Kühlgerät (Abb. 9, Seite 6).
➤ Sichern Sie den Wechselstromkreis ab durch eine träge Sicherung
(250 V/4 A) (Abb. 9 3, Seite 6).
➤ Schließen Sie den Gleichrichter an, wie in Abb. 9, Seite 6 dargestellt.
➤ Schließen Sie das Kühlgerät an den Gleichrichter an (Abb. 9 2, Seite 6):
– rotes Kabel: Pluspol (+) der Batterie
– schwarzes Kabel: Minuspol (–) der Batterie
➤ Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Wechselstromsteckdose (Abb. 9 1,
Seite 6).

8.1 Tipps zum Energiesparen
Wählen Sie einen gut belüfteten und vor Sonnenstrahlen geschützten
Einsatzort.
Lassen Sie warme Speisen erst abkühlen, bevor Sie sie im Gerät kühl
halten.
Öffnen Sie das Kühlgerät nicht häufiger als nötig.
Lassen Sie das Kühlgerät nicht länger offen als nötig.
Tauen Sie das Kühlgerät ab, sobald sich eine Eisschicht gebildet hat.
Vermeiden Sie eine unnötig tiefe Innentemperatur.
Befreien Sie den Kondensator in regelmäßigen Abständen von Staub und
Verunreinigungen.
HINWEIS
Bevor Sie das neue Kühlgerät in Betrieb nehmen, sollten Sie es
aus hygienischen Gründen innen und außen mit einem feuchten
Tuch reinigen (siehe auch Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“ auf
Seite 24).
