Thank you for purchasing Switch & Go Dinos® Blaze the T-Rex.
Engage your imagination with this tough T-Rex that switches into a
super cool car! Blaze can also project light which makes him look like
he is breathing re! With 25+ dinosaur facts, sounds and phrases,

WARNING: All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets,
packaging locks, removable tags, cable ties, cords
and packaging screws are not part of this toy and
should be discarded for your child’s safety.
NOTE: Please keep this parent’s guide as it contains important
information.
GETTING STARTED
BATTERY INSTALLATION
1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
2. Locate the battery cover on the
bottom of the unit. Use a screwdriver
to loosen the screw. Then, remove
the cover.
3. If a depleted battery is present,
remove it by pulling up on one end
of the battery.
4. Install a new AA (LR6/AM-3)
battery following the diagram inside
the battery box. (The use of new
alkaline batteries is recommended
for maximum performance).
5. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.

BATTERY NOTICE
• Use new alkaline batteries or fully charged NI-MH (Nickel Metal-
hydride) rechargeable batteries for best performance.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as
recommended.
• Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard (carbon-
zinc) or rechargeable, or new and used batteries.
• Do not use damaged batteries.
• Insert batteries with the correct polarity.
• Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
• Do not dispose of batteries in re.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging (if
removable).
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult
supervision.

Disposal of batteries and product
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbols on products and
batteries, or on their respective packaging, indicates
they must not be disposed of in domestic waste as
they contain substances that can be damaging to the
environment and human health.
The chemical symbols Hg, Cd or Pb, where marked,
indicate that the battery contains more than the specied
value of mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd) or lead (Pb) set
out in Battery Directive (2006/66/EC).
The solid bar indicates that the product was placed on
the market after 13th August, 2005.

PRODUCT FEATURES
1. OFF/VOLUME SWITCH
To turn the unit ON or adjust the volume,
slide the switch to LOW ( ) / HIGH ( ).
To turn the unit OFF, slide the switch to
OFF ( ).
2. HEAD TRIGGER
Tilt the HEAD TRIGGER back to hear
fun phrases, dinosaur facts and cool
dinosaur sounds in dino mode. In vehicle
mode, tilt the head to hear fun phrases
and great vehicle sounds. The light
projection will show with the response.
3. MOTION SENSOR
Move Blaze to hear wild dinosaur sounds and phrases in dino
mode. In vehicle mode, move Blaze to hear great vehicle sounds.
4. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
To preserve battery life, Blaze will automatically turn off after
approximately 30 seconds without input. Blaze can be woken up
again by tilting the Head Trigger, or by switching Blaze between
dino and vehicle modes. Blaze will also automatically turn off
when battery power is very low.

NOTE
To switch Blaze back into a
dinosaur, follow the above steps in
reverse order.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Keep the dino clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Keep the dino out of direct sunlight and away from any direct
heat source.
3. Remove the batteries when the dino will not be in use for an
extended period of time.
4. Do not drop the dino on hard surfaces and do not expose the dino
to moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the program/activity stops working or malfunctions,
please follow these steps:
1. Please turn the dino OFF.
2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
3. Let the dino stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
4. Turn the dino ON. The dino should now be ready to play with
again.
5. If the dino still does not work, install a brand new set of batteries.
If the problem persists, please contact our Consumer Services
Department and a service representative will be happy to help you.
