1. Place the wall mount bracke t on a
wall and then use a pencil to mark
two holes in parallel. R emov e the
wall mount br acket and drill two
holes in the wall (5.5mm drill bit).
Notes
Check for recep tion strength and camera
angle of the baby unit befor e drilling the
holes.
• The types of screws and wall plugs you
need depend on the composition of
the wall. Y ou may need to pur chase
the screws and wall plugs separat ely to
mount your baby units.
2. If y ou drill the holes into a stud, go
to step 3.
• If y ou drill the holes int o an
object other than a stud, insert
the w all plugs into the holes.
T ap gen tly on the ends with a
hammer un til the w all plugs are
flush with the wall.
3. Align the w all mount brack et and scr ews with
the holes in the wall as shown. Tighten the screw
in the middle hole first, so that the wall mount
bracke t position is fixed. Y ou can tighten the
other screw in the t op hole.
3. Insert the scr ews into the holes and
tighten the scr ews until only 6mm of the
screws ar e exposed.
4. Place the bab y unit on the wall
mount br acket, and then slide it
forwar d until it locks in to place. Al ign
the holes on the wall mount br acket
with the scr ews on the wall, and slide
the w all mount brack et down un til it
locks into place.
5. Y ou can maximise your baby unit viewing angles b y tilting the w all mount brack et.
Hold the bab y unit, and then r otate the knob in an anticlockwise dir ection. This will loosen the joint of the wall moun t brack et.
Tilt your baby unit up or down t o adjust t o y our pr ef erred angle. Then, ro tate the knob in a clockwise dir ection t o tighten the
joint and secur e the angle.

and then slide it f orward un til it locks into plac e.

If you plan to install your bab y unit in a designated
location, and use your home Wi-Fi ne twork to
connect y our video monitor , you need to test
which of your select ed monitoring areas within the
house have good Wi-Fi signal strength. After you
have po wered on your par ent unit, you can use
your parent unit’s Wi-Fi signal strength indicator
to assist in checking. Onc e y ou have identified the
suitable location, you can install y our baby unit.
Adjust the distance between your bab y unit and
the Wi-Fi r outer if needed.
• Depending on surroundings and obstructing
factors that affect signal str ength, such as distance
and internal walls, y ou may experience r educed
Wi-Fi signal. T o improv e the Wi-Fi signal s trength,
adjust the distanc e or dir ection of your paren t unit.
Check with your paren t unit again.

W e recommend you f ollow the instructions on screen to set up home Wi-Fi network
with your monitor for functionality enhanc ements and mobile acc ess. See Auto softwar e

Use the menu
Press MENU on the paren t unit t o enter the
main menu, choose a menu item, or save a
setting. Y ou can use the parent unit menu for
advanced se ttings or oper ations, such as to
play or stop lullab y , or adjust the mo tion and
sound detection settings.

Y ou can reset the paren t unit b y pr essing the
RESET ke y at the back of the unit.
Use a pin and insert it into the hole on the
back of the parent unit, and then pr ess the
button inside.
T urn on/off the parent unit scr een
T urn on or off the parent unit screen without
powering off the parent unit. Y ou will still
hear sounds fr om the baby unit.
• Pr ess POWER on the parent unit to turn
off the scr een.
• Pr ess any key on the paren t unit to turn
the screen on again.

T esting the sound lev el of the HD video monitor
• For hearing protection, mak e sure the parent unit is more than 1 me tre awa y fr om the baby
unit. If y ou hear a f eedback from the par ent unit, mo ve the par ent unit further awa y until the
noise stops. Y ou can also press - VOL on the parent unit to low er or mute the noise.
• Increase the par ent unit speaker v olume if you cannot hear the sounds transmitted fr om the
baby unit.
Positioning the HD video monitor
• Keep the baby unit out of the reach o f your baby . Never
place or moun t the bab y unit inside the baby’s co t or
playpen.
