11. WARRANTY
Name and address of the
guarantor:
VOSS GmbH & Co. KG, Ohrstedt-Bhf. Nord 5, 25885
Wester-Ohrstedt
Warranty period:
3 years from the date of purchase. If a warranty
case occurs during the warranty period, the
warranty period is not extended.
Geographical coverage of the
warranty:
the warranty applies to all buyers based in the
European Union and Switzerland.
If the purchased product was defective at the time of transfer of risk, the buyer shall
be entitled to the statutory claims for subsequent performance, withdrawal, reduction
of the purchase price, compensation for damages or reimbursement of wasted costs
in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015). The legal rights of the
consumer are not limited by the warranty. The warranty applies in addition to the
statutory rights.
Terms of the warranty
(1) The warranty applies to products which show a defect due to manufacturing and/or
material defects within the warranty period.
(2) In case of a warranty claim, the purchased product will be repaired, replaced or the
purchase price refunded at the discretion of the guarantor. Shipping costs will only
be reimbursed by the guarantor if he has expressly conrmed this beforehand.
(3) The warranty is only valid for the buyer and is not transferable.
Exclusion of warranty
(1) The warranty does not apply if the defect is due to improper use and/or failure to
observe the installation instructions, operating instructions and/or maintenance
instructions.
(2) Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if the defect is caused by natural wear
and tear, wear and tear dependent on use, overloading, wilful destruction, transport
and accidental damage after receipt of the goods as well as repair and rectication
attempts by the customer or third parties commissioned by him. Damage to the
product caused by accessories that were not included in the delivery contents is also
not covered.
(3) The warranty does not apply to accessories that are included in the delivery contents
of the product.
Enforcement of the warranty
To enforce a warranty, the buyer must send a letter to the above address or an e-mail
describing the case of warranty. The buyer must prove the warranty by means of the
invoice or other appropriate documents (e.g. order conrmation), on the basis of which
the buyer, the date of purchase and the purchased product can be identied.
CE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Hereby VNT electronics s.r.o. declares that the product / device described in this ma-
nual is in compliance with the basic requirements and other relevant regulations and
directives. The CE mark stands for compliance with the European Union directives.
