Kühlmittel auffüllen
Kühlmittel kühlt den Verbrennungsmotor auf
eine korrekte Arbeitstemperatur. Die Wärme,
die vom Motor an das Kühlmittel übertragen
wird, kann zur Aufnahme des Fahrzeuginnen-
raums verwendet werden.
Beim Einfüllen sind die Anweisungen auf der
Verpackung zu befolgen. Niemals nur Wasser
nachfüllen. Die Gefriergefahr erhöht sich bei
zu niedrigem bzw. zu hohem Kühlmittelanteil.
Wenn unter dem Fahrzeug Kühlmittel austritt,
Kühlmittel verdampft oder wenn die Nachfüll-
menge mehr als 2 Liter (ca. 2 Quart) beträgt,
ist in jedem Fall ein Pannendienst hinzuzuzie-
hen, um die Gefahr für Motorschäden bei
Anlassversuchen aufgrund eines defekten
Kühlsystems zu vermeiden.
WARNUNG
Das Kühlmittel kann sehr heiß werden: Den
Deckel erst öffnen, wenn das Kühlmittel
abgekühlt ist. Wenn ein Auffüllen erforder-
lich ist, den Deckel des Ausgleichbehälters
langsam aufdrehen, damit eventueller
Überdruck entweichen kann.
