ANWENDBARES RECHT

Dieser Vertrag unterliegt der Rechtsprechung

an Ihrem Wohnort zum Zeitpunkt des Erwerbs

der Datenbank. Sollte Ihr Wohnsitz zu diesem

Zeitpunkt außerhalb der Europäischen Union

oder der Schweiz liegen, gilt die Rechtspre-

chung des Landes in der Europäischen Union

bzw. der Schweiz, in dem Sie die Datenbank

erworben haben. In allen anderen Fällen oder

falls die Rechtsprechung bzw. der Ort des

Erwerbs nicht definierbar ist, gelten die

Gesetze der Niederlande. Den zum Zeitpunkt

des Erwerbs der Datenbank an Ihrem Wohn-

ort zuständigen Gerichten obliegt die Recht-

sprechung über jede Meinungsverschieden-

heit, die aus der oder in Verbindung mit die-

sem Vertrag entsteht, ohne das Recht von

NAVTEQ zu berühren, Ansprüche an Ihrem

jeweiligen Wohnort vorzubringen.
