Oplossing:
Controleer of de SIM-kaart deze service biedt. Probeer een oproep te doen, om te
controleren of uw mobiele telefoon en het netwerk operationeel zijn. Ga na of het
nummer van de antwoordservice correct is. Hiervoor opent u het menu "Instelling" en
selecteert u "Voicemailnummer". Controleer het nummer en voer, indien nodig, het
juiste nummer in.
Probleem:
Hoe schakel ik de toetsvergrendeling in en uit?
Oplossing:
Aan de rechterkant van uw mobiele telefoon bevindt zich een knop om de toetsen te
vergrendelen. Als u de knop naar beneden duwt, worden de toetsen vergrendeld. Als
u de knop naar boven duwt, zijn de toetsen weer ontgrendeld.
Probleem:
Wat betekent het als mijn "Logboek"-toets knippert?
Oplossing:
Druk op de toets en controleer of u een nieuw tekstbericht of ander bericht hebt
ontvangen en lees het. Een voicemailmelding geeft aan dat een nieuw bericht is
ingesproken in uw mailbox. Bel uw voicemail en volg de instructies.
Probleem:
Hoe maak ik geheugen vrij om nieuwe berichten te ontvangen?
Oplossing:
Wees voorzichtig met het geheugenbeheer. Als u te veel berichten hebt opgeslagen,
zal het beschikbaar geheugen snel opgebruikt geraken en kunt u geen berichten
meer ontvangen.
Om berichten te verwijderen, drukt u op de "Logboek"-toets en gaat u naar het menu-
item "Logboekarchief". Vervolgens opent u een berichtenmap naar keuze en
verwijdert u de berichten die u niet meer nodig hebt.
