Benutzung

ACHTUNG!

■ Auf das Gerät darf kein Druck ausgeübt werden, da die Massage dadurch verlang-

samt bzw. gestoppt und das Gerät beschädigt werden könnte. Nicht auf das Gerät

stellen oder legen.

■ Das Gerät nicht länger als 30 Minuten ohne Unterbrechung nutzen.

■ Eine Muskelgruppe nicht länger als 15 Minuten massieren.

■ Aus hygienischen Gründen möglichst direkten Hautkontakt mit dem Gerät vermei-

den. Es sollte nicht mit eingecremter oder eingeölter Haut in Berührung kommen.

■ Ein Kribbelgefühl / Juckreiz während oder nach der Massage ist aufgrund der durch-

blutungsfördernden Wirkung normal.

Wir empfehlen nach Mahlzeiten eine Stunde zu warten, bevor das Gerät benutzt

wird.

Anwendungsgebiete

Bei der Massage mit diesem Gerät massieren zwei Mal zwei Massageköpfe die Musku-

latur. Dadurch soll sie gelockert und durchblutet werden. Das Gerät ist für die Massage

der Rücken-, Nacken-, Bauch-, Arm-, Fuß- und Beinmuskulatur geeignet.

Bedienung des Gerätes

1. Das Netzteil mit dem Anschlusskabel am Gerät verbinden.

2. Das Netzteil in eine gut zugängliche Steckdose stecken.

3. Die Massagekugeln (2) des Gerätes an die Körperstelle legen, die massiert werden

soll (siehe Abschnitt „Anwendungsgebiete“). Für eine Schulter- oder Rückenmassa-

ge das Befestigungsgummiband (3) über eine Stuhllehne ziehen. Auf die korrekte

Höhe achten.

4. Die ON / OFF-Taste (1) ggf. mehrfach drücken (siehe Kapitel „Funktionen“). Die Mas-

sage startet.

5. Nach 15 Minuten schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch aus. Um es früher auszuschal-

ten, die ON / OFF-Taste (1) so oft drücken, bis sich das Gerät ausschaltet.

6. Das Netzteil aus der Steckdose ziehen und das Gerät ggf. reinigen.
