Controller
By pressing the buttons on the controller, the following functions can be selected:
13 On / Off button
14 Dehnen (stretch) programme
15 Entspannen (relax) programme
16 High intensity
17 Light intensity
18 Medium intensity
19 Lockern (loosen) programme
20 Start / pause
21 Mobilisieren (mobilise) programme
The respective control lamp above the button indicates which
function has been switched on.

Use
PLEASE NOTE!
■ The device must not be folded up or covered when it is switched on. Do not place the
mains cable or the controller on or beneath the device during operation.
1. Place the massage mat on the fl oor.
2. Secure the cushion pad (3) to the massage mat using the hook and loop fastener.
3. Connect the barrel connector of the plug adapter (12) to the connecting socket (11)
on the cable of the controller (5).
4. Insert the plug adapter into an easily accessible socket.
5. Lie on the massage mat so that the air cushion pads (4, 6, 7) are located under the
shoulders, the waist and the buttocks.
6. Pick up the controller and press the On / Off button (13). The control lamp above the
button lights up.
7. Set the massage programme you want by pressing the buttons (see the “Items
Supplied and Device Overview” chapter | “Controller”):
– Dehnen (stretch) programme (14): Gentle full body massage to stretch all areas of
the body slowly and gently. Duration: 10 – 15 minutes
– Entspannen (relax) programme (15): Movements, based on simple yoga exercises,
that help to gently loosen and relax the body. Duration: 9 – 12 minutes
– Lockern (loosen) programme (19): Short programme, ideally after stressful days,
helps to ease slight tensions with short, moderate movements. Duration: 6 – 9
minutes
– Mobilisieren (mobilise) programme (21): The whole body is massaged and
loosened with strong, invigorating power strokes. Duration: 15 minutes
