Sicherheitshinweise

Verletzungsgefahren

■ Halten Sie Kinder und Tiere vom Gerät und vom Verpackungs-

material fern.

■ Lassen Sie Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt mit dem Gerät. Kinder

müssen beaufsichtigt und auf die richtige Benutzung des Gerätes

hingewiesen werden. Als Spielzeug ist das Trainingsgerät auf kei-

nen Fall geeignet.

■ Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen mit einge-

schränkten sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mangels

Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden, es sei

denn, sie werden durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person

beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gerät

zu benutzen ist.

■ Wärmen Sie sich vor Gebrauch des Gerätes ausreichend auf

und dehnen Sie Ihre Muskeln nach dem Training.

■ Beginnen Sie die Übungen langsam und steigern Sie nach und

nach die Intensität. Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch des Gerätes

und übermäßigem Training sind Gesundheitsschäden möglich.

■ Das Gerät darf jeweils nur von einer Person zur gleichen Zeit

benutzt werden.

■ Sollten Sie in Bezug auf Ihre Gesundheit zu einer Risikogruppe

gehören, Sie längere Zeit keinen Sport getrieben, Herz-/ Kreislauf-

oder orthopädische Probleme haben, konsultieren Sie vor der Be-

nutzung des Geräts Ihren Arzt. Stimmen Sie gegebenenfalls das

Trainingsprogramm mit ihm ab.

■ Schwangere dürfen das Gerät nicht bzw. nur nach Rücksprache

mit ihrem Arzt benutzen.

■ Unterbrechen Sie das Training sofort, wenn Sie sich schwach

oder schwindelig fühlen. Bei Übelkeit, Brust- oder Glieder-

schmerzen, Herzklopfen oder anderen Symptomen wenden Sie

sich sofort an einen Arzt.

■ Sorgen Sie dafür, dass der Trainingsraum während des Trai-

nings gut belüftet ist.
