■ In the interest of your own safety, you should inspect the device

for damage each time before you use it. It may only be used if it

has no visible signs of damage!

■ If the device, the mains cable or the mains adapter of the device

is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or cus-

tomer service department or a similarly qualiﬁ ed person (e.g.

specialist workshop) in order to avoid any hazards.

Health-Speciﬁ c Instructions

■ Only use the device if you have no physical illnesses or ailments.

■ The following people may use the device only after consultation with their doc-

tor:

– people who wear a pacemaker or similar medical implants;

– people with heart disease or who suffer from epilepsy;

– people who have back complaints or spinal disorders;

– people who suffer from osteomyelitis, bone inﬂ ammation (in particular if the spinal

column is damaged) or from osteoporosis;

– women who are pregnant or have just given birth;

– people who suffer from circulation problems or thrombosis;

– people who have undergone an operation for which the treatment is not yet

complete;

– people with physical abnormalities;

– people who have a malignant tumour.

■ If you are unsure whether the device may be used, consult a responsible doctor.

■ Do not use the device near to or on injuries, swelling, skin irritations, infected skin,

warts, fungal infections, abnormal changes in the skin or body parts with no feeling.

■ The device must not be used for longer than 30 minutes continuously. Do not mas-

sage one group of muscles for longer than 15 minutes.

■ If you experience an unpleasant sensation while you are using the device, stop per-

forming the massage immediately!

■ Do not fall asleep while you are using the device!

■ Do not use the device before going to bed. The massage has a stimulating effect,

which may lead to problems getting to sleep.

DANGER – Danger of Electric Shock from Water!

■ Use and store only in closed rooms.

■ Do not use the device in rooms with high humidity.

■ Never immerse the device, mains cable or mains adapter in water or other liquids

and ensure that they cannot fall into water or become wet.

■ Should the device fall into water, switch off the power supply immediately. Do not at-

tempt to pull the device out of the water while it is still connected to the mains power!

■ Never touch the device, mains cable or mains adapter with wet hands when these

components are connected to the mains power.
