Functions of the Computer
• The training computer is switched on by turning the pedals or pressing the MODE
button.
• To switch between the displays, press the MODE button.
TIME Training time in minutes and seconds
SPD Speed in km/h
DIST The distance covered in km
CAL The rough number of calories used up
SCAN All data is displayed in succession
MODE Menu button for setting the desired
display
CLEAR Button for resetting the units
• Press the MODE button several times to switch between the displays.
• When you press the CLEAR button on a display, the respective data is reset to zero.
• If no action takes place for around 3 minutes, the computer switches off automatically.
Before Initial Use
Before you can use the device, you must:
• unpack the items supplied,
• assemble the device.
• insert the batteries supplied into the training computer.
Unpacking the Items Supplied
ATTENTION!
■ Keep children and animals away from the packaging material. There is a danger of
suffocation!
Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness (see the "Items Supplied
and Device Overview" chapter) and transport damage. If you fi nd any damage to the
components, do not use them (!), but contact the customer service department.
Assembling the Device
1. Take all parts out of the packaging and place them carefully on a level surface. To be
on the safe side, place a protective fi lm underneath the parts to prevent any damage
to delicate surfaces. Remove all packaging materials from the area in which you are
working. Only dispose of the packaging material once you have inspected all parts to
make sure they are complete and for any signs of transport damage, and after you
have fi nished assembling the device. Follow these instructions step by step in order
to avoid any errors during set-up and use:
