AJUSTE DE LA
TEMPERATURA
Las temperaturas de cocción de los asadores Vision Kamado se
controlan ajustando los respiraderos calibrados superior e inferior.
*Precaución – Decida si va a cocer lentamente y a baja
temperatura y, entonces, no permita que el asador se caliente
demasiado. Mantenga baja la temperatura, porque demora horas
en enfriarse.
El incremento del ujo de aire en los respiraderos superior e inferior
aumenta la temperatura de cocción, y reducir el ujo demora la
combustión y reduce la temperatura de cocción. Si se cierran los
dos respiraderos se corta la entrada de oxígeno al carbón y el fuego
se extingue.
*Precaución - Asar constantemente a altas temperaturas provocará
que se queme el eltro.
Cómo evitar las llamaradas:
Si se levanta la tapa de repente, el oxígeno entra súbitamente
al interior del asador y provoca una llamarada. Para evitar las
llamaradas, levante la tapa 1”/25mm pulgada y cuente hasta tres
antes de abrir completamente el asador.
