BENUTZERPROGRAMME
Das Benutzerprogramm erglicht Ihnen 5 verschiedene
Trainingsprogramme zu erstellen. Sie können diese speichern und jeder
Zeit verändern.
Die Einstellung für die Benutzerprogramme verläuft wie jede andere
Programmeinstellung. Drücken Sie die Benutzertaste.
1. Wählen Sie mit den p / q- Tasten eins der fünf Benutzerprogramme.
2. Bestätigen Sie mit der Eingabetaste.
3. Wählen Sie Alter, Zeit und Gewicht wie in jedem anderen Programm.
4. Drücken Sie Start.
Während des ersten Programmdurchlaufs funktioniert das Programm wie
ein manuelles Programm. Sie können jederzeit den Widerstand anpassen.
Nach dem Training werden Sie dazu aufgefordert, die Eingabetaste zu
drücken, um die Einstellungen zu speichern.
Wenn Sie dieses Benutzerprogramm wieder auswählen, können Sie ein
identisches Training absolvieren oder den Widerstand während des
Trainings anpassen. Die Änderungen können am Ende des Trainings
wieder durch Drücken der Eingabetaste übernommen und abgespeichert
werden.
