Während Sie auf Ihrem Semi-Recum-

bent Bike sitzen, heben Sie den seitli-

chen Feststellhebel an und schieben

den Sitz nach vorne oder nach hinten.

Wenn Sie die gewünschte Sitzposition

erreicht haben, lassen Sie den Fest-

stellhebel los um den diese Position

zu ﬁxieren.

Verstellmöglichkeit der Lend-

enwirbelstütze

Eine der häuﬁgsten Ursachen um das Training zu vernachlässigen ist oft eine

unbequeme Sitzhaltung.

Der große Vorteil beim R2250HRT sind die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der Sitze-

instellung, die eine angenehme Sitzhaltung und somit ein angenehmes Training

ermöglichen.

Um die Lendenwirbelstütze einz-ustel-

len, drehen Sie einfach den seitlich

am Sitz angebrachten Knopf für eine

zunehmende Lendenwirbelunt-erstüt-

zung im Uhrzeigersinn und für eine

abnehmende entgegen dem Uhrzei-

gersinn.
