TABLA CONVEC ROAST

1. Chicken 2.5-7.0 lb Coloque en la rejilla inferior. Al terminar el ciclo, cubra con papel aluminio y deje reposar
de 5 a 10 minutos.
2. Turkey 6.5-9.0 lb Sazone a su gusto. Coloque en la rejilla inferior. Al terminar el ciclo, cubra con papel
aluminio y deje reposar 10 minutos. La temperatura interna de la carne blanca debe ser
de 170˚F y la de la carne oscura debe ser de 180˚F.
3. Turkey

3.0-6.0 lb
Sazone a su gusto. Coloque en la rejilla inferior. Al terminar el ciclo, cubra con papel aluminio
y deje reposar 10 minutos. La temperatura interna de la carne blanca debe ser de 170˚F.
4. Pork 2.0-3.5 lb Se recomienda lomo de cerdo sin hueso porque se cocina de forma pareja. Coloque en
la rejilla inferior. Después de la cocción, retire del horno, cubra con papel aluminio y deje
reposar de 5 a 10 minutos. La temperatura interna debe ser de 160˚F.
CONVEC ROAST
(ASAR POR CONVECCIÓN)
Convec Roast asa automáticamente pollo, pavo, pechuga
de pavo o cerdo.
Suponga que quiere asar un pollo de 2.5 libras:
1. Presione el botón Convec Roast.
2. Seleccione el ajuste deseado. Ej: Para pollo, presione
el botón del número
1.
3. Presione los botones de número para ingresar el peso.
Ej:
25 lb.
4. Presione el botón Start/Touch On (Inicio/Restablecer).
Al terminar el ciclo Convec Roast escuchará una señal
larga. Siga el mensaje indicado.
Nota:
1. Convec Roast puede ser programado con ajuste de
mayor/menor tiempo. Vea la página 26.
2. Si intenta ingresar mayor o menor peso que el indicado
en la tabla a continuación, la pantalla mostrará un
mensaje de error.
3. Para asar otros alimentos o alimentos por encima o
debajo del peso permitido en la tabla Convec Roast,
consulte la tabla de asado combinado en el libro de
cocina del horno microondas con convección.
