● Ribaltare il robot tosaerba lateralmente
e appoggiarlo in modo sicuro contro
una parete stabile. Pulire con cura
l'apparato di taglio e la lama. (Ö 15.2)
Smontaggio della lama:
Premere entrambe le
linguette (1) e inserirle sul disco
trascinatore con una mano,
quindi bloccarle. Svitare il dado di
fissaggio (2) con l'altra mano. Rimuovere
la lama insieme al dado di fissaggio.
Montaggio della lama:
● Pulire la lama, il disco trascinatore e il
dado di fissaggio prima del montaggio.
Posizionare la lama (1) e il dado di
fissaggio (2) sul disco trascinatore (3)
come indicato in figura. Fare attenzione
che i naselli di fissaggio (4) nella lama
siano posizionati correttamente.
Avvitare il dado di fissaggio (1) fino alla
battuta. Durante il serraggio sono
percepibili diversi clic. Controllare che la
lama sia posizionata in sede in modo
sicuro scuotendola con cautela.
● Dopo il montaggio di una nuova lama,
confermare il cambio lama nel menu
"Servizio". (Ö 10.17)
15.5 Affilatura della lama
VIKING consiglia di sostituire una lama
non affilata con una nuova. L'eventuale
affilatura di una lama non affilata deve
essere affidata ad un rivenditore
specializzato VIKING, che dispone delle
competenze e attrezzi speciali necessari.
Pericolo di lesioni!
Prima di montare la lama
controllare che non sia
danneggiata. È necessario
sostituire la lama, nel caso in cui si
rilevino tacche o crepe oppure se in
un punto fosse più sottile di 25 mm
oppure se lo spessore fosse
inferiore a 1,3 mm. (Ö 15.3)
Il disco trascinatore e il dado di
fissaggio devono anch'essi essere
sostituiti in caso di danneggiamento
(ad esempio se rotti o usurati). In
particolare, il dado di fissaggio deve
essere perfettamente innestato nel
disco trascinatore.
