Apriete el/los
26= tornillo/s de cuchilla junto
con la
27= arandela de seguridad, o
bien con la
28= chapa protectora con un
par de apriete de
60 - 65 Nm
(MB 650 VS, MB 655 VS/
GS/ RS: 45 - 55 Nm).
ATENCIÓN
¡Riesgo de lesiones!
El par de apriete indicado
de 60 - 65 Nm (MB 650 VS,
MB 655 VS/ GS/ RS:
45 - 55 Nm) para los
tornillos de la cuchilla debe
respetarse meticulosa -
mente, ya que de ello
depende la fijación segura
de la cuchilla.
MB 650 T/ V/ VE/ VR/ VM,
MB 655 V/ VR/ G/ VM:
Sustituir la arandela de
seguridad (27) cada vez
que se monte la cuchilla.
Asegure el tornillo de la
cuchilla (26) adicionalmente
con Loctite 243.
MB 650 VM, MB 655 VM:
Encaje la cuchilla superior
(29a) en la cuchilla inferior
(29b) como muestra la figura.
Tenga en cuenta que los
taladros de ambas cuchillas
deben quedar alineados.
¡Riesgo de
lesiones!
Trabaje solamente
con guantes
protectores.

Montaje de la cuchilla
La batería no precisa
mantenimiento y se recarga
mientras el motor está en
marcha. En caso de que la
batería estuviera descargada
(problemas al arrancar el
motor), ésta debe cargarse.
Carga de la batería:
Utilice exclusivamente el
cargador original
entregado con el equipo
(10).
32= Abra la tapa del conector
de carga.
33= Introduzca el enchufe en
el
R= conector de carga.
• Seguidamente, enchufe
el cargador en una toma
de corriente.
El tiempo de carga es de
aprox. 24 horas.

Batería
Los rodamientos de bolas y el
rodillo no requieren
mantenimiento.
El cambio Vario no requiere
mantenimiento.
La cadena de
accionamiento
debe engrasarse al menos
una vez al año y según sea
necesario con grasa de uso
común.
Para trabajos de servicio
técnico suelte el
34= tornillo (Torx 25)
y retire la
35= cubierta.

Mantenimiento del
rodillo (MB 650 VR,
MB 655 VR/ RS)
NOTA
Cargue la batería de
arranque siempre en un
recinto cerrado que esté
bien ventilado, seco y
protegido contra influencias
meteorológicas (lluvia).
ATENCIÓN
¡Riesgo de lesiones!
Compruebe que la cuchilla
no presenta daños antes de
montarla.
La cuchilla debe sustituirse
cuando se detecten mellas
o fisuras, cuando los filos
se hayan desgastado más
de 5 mm al afilarlos o
cuando algún punto de la
cuchilla tenga menos de
2,5 mm (Cuchilla estándar)
/ 2 mm (Cuchilla
multifuncional) de grosor.
Antes de comprobar la
cuchilla multifuncional,
ésta debe ensamblarse
(véase el capítulo
“Montaje de la cuchilla”).
30= Pase el destornillador
por el
31= orificio central de la
29= cuchilla y oriente la
cuchilla de forma que
quede horizontal.
Si la cuchilla está
correctamente
equilibrada, se quedará
en posición horizontal.
