Kontrollera BBC
Starta motorn:
Ställ
D= Gasreglaget i läge MAX.
G= startlinan långsamt till
tryckpunkten och dra
sedan kraftigt.
Låt linan gå tillbaka
långsamt så att den kan
rullas upp på linskivan.
Upprepa tills motorn
startar.

OBS!
Sätt inte igång kniven i
högt gräs och bara med
max. motorvarvtal.
Tr yck
C= knivstoppspaken i pilens
riktning. Dra
A= knivbromsspaken rakt
bakåt i handtagets
riktning (= pilens
riktning).
OBS!
Dra knivbromsspaken
snabbt bakåt för att
förhindra att knivbromsen
slirar onödigt mycket.
Koppla till kniven:
OBSERVERA
Risk för skador!
Vid negativ funktionstest
(vindljud hörs trots att
handtaget släppts), stanna
dra av tändkabeln och
kontakta en auktoriserad
återförsäljare (VIKING
service).
Genomför alltid det här
funktionstestet tre gånger
innan arbetets startas:
• Starta motorn enligt
bruksanvisningen.
• Koppla in kniven enligt
bruksanvisningen.
En roterande kniv skapar
tydligt hörbara vindljud.
Vindljudet signalerar att
kniven roterar och funktionen
kontrolleras därigenom.
• Släpp handtaget.
Knivbromsen frikopplar
kniven från motorn och
bromsar in den. Kniven
stannar efter en kort stund.
Vindljudet upphör då. Vi
stillastående kniv hörs inget
vindljud.
MB 455 E:
C= motorstoppbygeln.
Vrid
21= tändningsnyckeln till
höger. Låt inte start-
motorn gå längre än
3 till 5 sekunder, gör en
liten paus mellan startför-
söken.
Släpp tändningsnyckeln
när motorn startar.
Försök inte starta när
motorn går.
Stanna motorn
MB 400, MB 450/ M,
MB 455 M/ E/ C
För att stanna
motorn, släpp
C= motorstoppbygeln,
motor och kniv stannar
efter några sekunder.
