&Kessel abschlammen (nur bei Kes-

sel ohne Automatik, Ventil zwei- bis

dreimal unter Betriebsdruck kurz

öffnen).

&Wasserstandbegrenzer prüfen.

&Speise- und Kesselwasser kontrol-

lieren.

Folgende Kontrollen monatlich

durchführen:

&Sicherheitsventil auf Funktionsfä-

higkeit prüfen.

&Regelungstechnische und sicher-

heitstechnische Einrichtungen auf

Funktionsfähigkeit prüfen.

&Alle Anschlüsse und Verschlüsse

auf Dichtheit prüfen.

&Be- und Entlüftung des Aufstellrau-

mes prüfen.

Folgende Prüfungen halbjährlich

durchführen lassen (entsprechend

TRD 602 und 604):

&Sicherheitstechnische Ausrüstung

prüfen.

&Brenner prüfen.

&Heizgasseitige Wärmedämmung an

Deckeln und Türen prüfen.

Ergebnisse der täglichen, monatli-

chen und halbjährlichen Prüfungen im

Betriebsbuch festhalten.

Außerbetriebnahme

Zur Vermeidung von Stillstandskorrosion im drucklosen Zustand sind die abgas-

seitigen und wasserseitigen Flächen des Kessels, je nach Dauer der Betriebs-

unterbrechung, zu konservieren. Man unterscheidet zwischen

Nasskonservierung (bei der Sauerstoff fern zu halten ist) und Trockenkonser-

vierung (bei der Feuchtigkeit gering zu halten ist).

Kurzzeitige Betriebsunterbrechung (1 bis 2 Tage)

Empfehlung: Kessel auf Druck und

Temperatur halten. Sollte das nicht

möglich sein und muß der Kessel für

mehrere Tage drucklos gemacht wer-

den empfehlen wir folgendes:

Zur Vermeidung von Sauerstoffkorro-

sion ist ca. eine Stunde vor dem

Abstellen des Kessels dem Speise-

wasser ein Sauerstoffbindemittel mit

dem 2 bis 3-fachen der normalen

Dosiermenge bis zum Abschalten

zuzusetzen.
