Oorzaak / Oplossing
Deze storing doet zich voor als de
accuabsorptiespanning na 10 uur laden niet
wordt bereikt.
Voor normale zonne-installaties wordt
aanbevolen om de maximale
bulkladingstijdbeveiliging niet te gebruiken.
Err 21
Stroomsensorstoring
De laadcontroller is waarschijnlijk defect.
Deze storing wordt niet automatisch hersteld.
Err 26
Klem oververhit
Vermogensklemmen oververhit, controleer de
bedrading en draai de schroeven aan, indien
mogelijk.
Deze storing zorgt voor een automatische
reset.
Err 33
PV-overspanning
Deze storing wordt automatisch hersteld als de
PV-spanning daalt tot de veilige limiet.
Deze storing wijst erop dat de configuratie van
het zonnepaneel met betrekking tot de
nullastspanning kritiek is voor deze lader.
Controleer de configuratie en verplaats indien
nodig de panelen.
Err 34
PV-overstroom
De stroom van de zonnepanelen is hoger dan
75A. Deze storing kan worden veroorzaakt
door een interne systeemfout.
Koppel de lader los van alle stroombronnen,
wacht 3 minuten en schakel opnieuw in. Als de
storing zich blijft voordoen, is de controller
waarschijnlijk defect.
Deze storing zorgt voor een automatische
reset.
Err 38
Ingangsuitschakeling door
accu-overspanning
Om de accu tegen overlading te beschermen
voor de ingang van het paneel uitgeschakeld.
Om deze toestand te herstellen moeten eerst
de zonnepanelen worden losgekoppeld en
daarna de accu. Wacht 3 minuten en sluit
daarna eerst de accu en vervolgens de
panelen weer aan. Als de storing zich blijft
voordoen, is de laadcontroller waarschijnlijk
defect.

Communicatie-
waarschuwing
De communicatie met één van de parallel
geschakelde controllers is verbroken. Schakel
de controleer uit en weer in om de storing te
verhelpen.

Incompatibel apparaat
De controller is parallel geschakeld met een
andere controller met andere instellingen en/of
een ander laadalgoritme.
Let erop dat alle instellingen hetzelfde zijn en
update de firmware op alle acculaders naar de
nieuwste versie.
Err 67
BMS-verbinding verbroken
Verbinding met BMS onderbroken, controleer
de aansluiting (bedrading/Bluetooth-link). Als
de lader weer in de standalone-modus moet
werken, wijzig dan de setup-menu-instelling
‘BMS’ van ‘Y’ naar ‘N’ (setupitem 31).
Err 114
CPU-temperatuur te hoog
Deze storing wordt automatisch hersteld als de
CPU is afgekoeld.
Als deze storing zich blijft voordoen, controleer
dan de omgevingstemperatuur en controleer of
de luchtinlaat- en uitlaatgaten van de
behuizing van de lader niet worden
geblokkeerd.
