De staartstroom. Zodra de laadstroom onder de ingestelde staartstroom is gedaald
(uitgedrukt als een percentage van de accucapaciteit), wordt de accu beschouwd als
volledig opgeladen.
Opmerking:
Sommige acculaders stoppen met opladen als de stroom onder de ingestelde drempelwaarde daalt. De
staartstroom moet hoger worden ingesteld dan deze drempelwaarde.

04. Charged detection time
De detectietijd opgeladen. Dit is de tijd, waarin aan de parameters (Charged Voltage en
Tail Current) moet worden voldaan om de accu als volledig opgeladen te kunnen
beschouwen.

05. Peukert exponent
De Peukert-exponent. Indien onbekend, wordt aanbevolen om deze waarde op 1,25
(standaard) te houden voor loodzwavelzuuraccu's en te wijzigen naar 1,05 voor lithium-
ionaccu's. Een waarde van 1.00 schakelt de Peukert-compensatie uit.

06. Charge Efficiency Factor
De laadefficiëntiefactor. De laadefficiëntiefactor compenseert de verloren Ah tijdens het
laden.
100% betekent geen verlies.

07. Current threshold
De stroomdrempelwaarde. Als de gemeten stroom onder deze waarde daalt, wordt deze als
nul beschouwd.
De stroomdrempelwaarde wordt gebruikt om zeer lage stroomwaarden te compenseren die op de lange
termijn de uitlezing van de laadstatus negatief kunnen beïnvloeden in omgevingen met veel stoorsignalen.
Als bijvoorbeeld de daadwerkelijke lange-termijn-stroom 0,0A bedraagt en als gevolg van stoorsignalen of
kleine compensaties de accumonitor 0,05A meet, dan is de BMV op de lange termijn niet in staat om op
het juiste moment aan te geven dat de accu moet worden opgeladen. Als de stroomdrempelwaard in dit
voorbeeld wordt ingesteld op 0,1A rekent de BMV met 0,0A, zodat fouten worden uitgesloten.
Een waarde van 0,0A schakelt deze functie uit.
