will prevent accidents, retain your right to Guarantee claims and

keep your generator set properly maintained.

This generator set is exclusively intended for applications as

stated in the delivery specifications, and should only be used

for this purpose. Any other use is in conflict with its intended

purpose. The manufacturer cannot accept any liability for dam

age as a consequence of this. Any risks are carried exclusively

by the user.

Use in accordance with its purpose also means following the

operating, maintenance and repair instructions as stated by the

manufacturer. The generator set may only be operated, main

tained and repaired by competent persons who are aware of the

possible dangers.

The relevant instructions for preventing accidents and other gen

erally accepted safety and operating instructions must be taken

into account.

Any modifications made to the generator set by the user relieve

the manufacturer of any liability to claims for damage as a con

sequence of this.

Similarly, work on the injection and control system can effect the

engine performance and exhaust emissions. Conformance with

the legal definitions concerning environmental protection can

then no longer be guaranteed.
