GLOBAL RESET

Als uw monitor niet meer of onregelmatig werkt omdat u hem heeft

laten vallen, door een electrostatische schok of door een andere

onvoorziene oorzaak kunt u met Global Reset het apparaat en alle

ingestelde waarden in de uitgangspositie terugbrengen. U doet dit

door alle 4 drie de toetsen tegelijk te drukken en vast te houden.

Waarschuwing: HIERDOOR WORDT ALLES UITGEWIST, ook al uw

persoonlijk ingestelde waarden.

DE AFLEZING VAN MIJN HARTSLAG REAGEERT VREEMD

ALS IK IN EEN AUTO OF EEN VLIEGTUIG ZIT

Ofschoon de HR440 ontworpen is met een hoogwaardige interfer-

entie eliminatie schakeling kunnen extreem hoge electrische of

magnetische velden zoals in een voertuig (of aan boord van een

vliegtuig) storingen bij het registreren van de hartslag veroorzaken.

Als uw monitor te veel van zulke interferentie opvangt, verschijnt

"00" of "- -" op het scherm en het hartslag circuit wordt op den duur

uitgeschakeld. Het signaal zegt u of het hartslag circuit

ingeschakeld is. In de meeste gevallen is het voldoende om de pols-

monitor binnen 30 cm van de voorkant van de borstband te

houden om weer een signaal op te vangen en uw hartslag precies

op het scherm weer te geven.
