Aanbevelingen
• Om de ruimte te vergroten en het uiterlijk te verbeteren, is de “koelsectie” van de
koelkasten binnen in de achterwand van het koelvak geplaatst. Wanneer het apparaat
in werking is, is deze wand bedekt met vorst of waterdruppels, wanneer de compressor
werkt. Maak u geen zorgen. Dit is volledig normaal. Het apparaat moet enkel ontdooid
worden als een te dikke ijslaag gevormd wordt op de wand.
• Als u het toestel gedurende een lange periode niet gebruikt (bijvoorbeeld tijdens de
vakantiemaanden). Schakel de thermostaat op " ". Ontdooi en reinig de koelkast met de
deur open om schimmel en onaangename geuren te vermijden.
Tips om energie te besparen
1. Installeer het toestel in een koele, goed geventileerde kamer, maar niet in direct zonlicht
en niet in de buurt van een warmtebron (radiator, fornuis, etc...). In dit geval moet u een
isolerende plaat installeren.
2. Laat warme etenswaren en dranken afkoelen buiten het toestel.
3. Als u etenswaren wilt ontdooien, moet u ze in het koelkast compartiment plaatsen. De
lage temperatuur van de bevroren etenswaren helpt het koelkast compartiment afkoelen
wanneer dit ontdooit. Dit helpt u dus energie te besparen. Als de bevroren etenswaren
buiten de koelkast worden geplaatst, veroorzaakt dit energieverspilling.
4. Als u drank en soep in de koelkast plaatst, moet u ze afdekken. Zo niet, verhoogt de
vochtigheid in het toestel. Dit veroorzaakt een langere werkingsduur. Het afdekken van
drank en soep helpt ook geurtjes en smaak beter te bewaren.
5. Wanneer u etenswaren en drank in de koelkast plaatst, moet u de deur zo kort mogelijk
openen.
6. Houd de deksels van compartimenten met een verschillende temperatuur afgesloten.
(groentevak, koeler, etc...).
