2.4 Contactpersonen
De knop contacts geeft toegang tot de contactpersonen van de Viewpoint. Net als bij
Voicemail kan de contactpersonen lijst bestaan uit meerdere mappen waartoe u toegang heeft.
Standaard heeft iedere gebruiker een public(algemene) map en een Personal(Persoonlijke)
Contactpersonen map.
Standaard zal het zo zijn dat uw systeembeheerder de contactpersonen in de „public‟ map
onderhoud en dus toe kan voegen, aanpassen of verwijderen. Uzelf kan dit doen voor de
„personal‟ map.
Indien u een nieuwe contactpersoon wilt aanmaken kunt u dit doen door te kiezen voor
Contacts en vervolgens de juiste contactpersonen lijst (Public, Personal of anders) en
vervolgens klikt u op de knop „new‟. (zoals te zien is in onderstaande figuur)
Nadat u gekozen heeft voor „New‟ zal het volgende venster getoond worden:
In het venster zoals hierboven weergegeven kunt u alle door u gewenste gegevens invullen.
Zoals u ziet kunt u meerdere nummers voor een contactpersoon definieeren.
Als u kiest om een nummer toe te voegen of te wijzigen, klikt u op „edit‟ onder het veld met
telefoonnummers, nadat u het type nummer (bijv. Business of Mobile) geselecteerd heeft.
