7. Montare le cinture di sicurezza anteriori seguendo le istruzioni del costruttore del
sistema di passanti, fino al punto indicato (figura 3).
Questo punto è segnato con un simbolo (figura 4).
8. Tirare la carrozzina finché le cinture anteriori non sono tese.
9. Applicare i freni della carrozzina.
10. Montare le cinture di sicurezza posteriori seguendo le istruzioni del costruttore del
sistema di passanti, fino al punto indicato (figura 3).
11. Questo punto è segnato con un simbolo (figura 4).

Istruzioni per la sicurezza del paziente:
1. Rimuovere entrambi i braccioli.
2. Se presente, allacciare la cintura pelvica della carrozzina.
3. Allacciare la cinture di sicurezza del paziente seguendo le istruzioni del costruttore
del sistema di passanti.
4. Indossare la cintura pelvica da una parte all’altra del bacino, in modo che l’angolo
della cintura sia entro la zona dai 30° ai 75° dal piano orizzontale, come mostrato in
figura.
5. È preferibile raggiungere un angolo maggiore per la zona indicata.
6. Stringere la cintura come da istruzioni del costruttore del sistema di passanti,
secondo il comfort del paziente.
7. Assicurarsi che la cintura di sicurezza sia attaccata in linea retta al punto di
ancoraggio nel veicolo e che nessuna piega sia visibile nella cintura, ad esempio
nell’asse della ruota posteriore.
8. Installare i braccioli, se desiderati. Assicurarsi che le cinture non siano attorcigliate o
costrette lontano dal corpo a causa di componenti della carrozzina come braccioli o
ruote.
