Broderies (point passé) Satin Stitch Sewing Satijnsteek
Broderies (point passé)
Cousez des broderies et des points décoratifs avec le
pied broderie. Ce pied de biche est muni d’un évidement
en-dessous du pied qui lui permet de glisser sans peine
au-dessus de points épais.
Vous pouvez définir vous-mêmes les points de broderie
et décoratifs en modifiant la longueur et la largeur des
points. Faites tout d’abord un essai sur une chute de
tissu pour être sûr d’être satisfait du résultat.
REMARQUE : En cas de couture sur des tissus très
légers et fins, nous vous recommandons de renforcer
l’envers du tissu avec un non-tissé.
Satin stitch sewing
Use the satin stitch foot for satin stitching and sew-
ing decorative stitches. This foot has a groove on the
underside which allows dense stitching to pass freely
underneath.
To change the satin or decorative stitch pattern,
you may adjust the length and width of the pattern
by pressing the stitch length and width adjustment but-
tons. Experiment by sewing on fabric scraps first, until
you achieve the desired length and width.
NOTE: When sewing very light weight fabrics, it is rec-
ommended that you use interfacing or stabilizer on the
backside of the fabric.
Satijnsteek
Naai de satijnsteek en decoratieve steken met de
cordonvoet. Deze persvoet heeft aan de onderkant van
de voet een uitsparing die gemakkelijk over dikke steken
glijdt.
De satijnsteek en decoratieve steken kunnen worden
aangepast door de steeklengte en steekbreedte aan te
passen. Experimenteer altijd eerst op stofrestjes totdat
u tevreden bent met het resultaat.
AANWIJZING: Bij het naaien op zeer lichte en dunne
stoffen wordt geadviseerd om de achterkant van de stof
te versterken met vlieseline.
