3. INSTALLATIE
1. Uitpakken
Verwijder de verpakkingsmaterialen en voer ze af op gepaste wijze. Controleer of het
apparaat niet beschadigd is. Sluit het apparaat niet aan wanneer het beschadigd is. Meld
mogelijke schade onmiddellijk aan de klantenservice. Bewaar in dat geval de verpakking.
2. Locatie
De locatie waar u uw apparaat plaatst, moet goed geventileerd zijn en de lucht mag er niet
te warm zijn. Plaats het apparaat niet in de buurt van een warmtebron, zoals een fornuis of
boiler, en zorg dat er geen direct zonlicht op valt, zodat het koeleffect gegarandeerd is en u
bespaart op energieverbruik. Plaats het apparaat niet op een vochtige plaats, zodat het niet
kan gaan roesten en er geen lekstroom optreedt.
Neem voordat u de koelkast installeert nauwkeurig de veiligheidsinformatie (hoofdstuk 1) door.
3. Plaatsen van het apparaat
• Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik als inbouwapparaat.
• Om de draairichting van de deur te veranderen, ga naar paragraaf 3.1.
• Tijdens de werking geeft het apparaat warmte af aan de omgeving.
Daarom moet er ten minste 5 cm vrije ruimte zijn aan de bovenkant,
minimaal 5 cm aan beide zijkanten en minimaal 5 cm aan de achterkant
van de koelkast (zie pagina 9).
• Gebruik de voorste stelpoten om het apparaat waterpas te positioneren.
Als het apparaat niet waterpas staat, kan dit de prestaties van de
pakkingdichting aantasten of kan dit zelfs leiden tot een bedrijfsstoring
in uw apparaat.
• Het moet mogelijk zijn om het apparaat van de hoofdstroomtoevoer af
te halen. De stekker moet daarom na installatie gemakkelijk toegankelijk
zijn.
• Zet het apparaat op een stevige en vlakke ondergrond (vloer) zodat
ze stabiel staat, anders kunnen er trillingen en lawaai ontstaan.
Wanneer het apparaat op vloerbedekking zoals tapijt, stromatten of
polyvinylchloride (PVC) wordt geplaatst, plaats dan een stevige plaat of
afdekking onder het apparaat om kleurverandering door warmteafvoer
te voorkomen.
Waarschuwing!
Als het apparaat wordt geplaatst, moet u controleren of de aardingsdraad en de
stroomonderbreker normaal functioneren.
Als er trillingsgeluiden ontstaan doordat de vriezer tegen de muur staat of als de muur
zwart wordt door luchtcirculatie rond de compressor, moet u het apparaat weg van de
muur plaatsen.
