Pentru a obtine o temperatura corecta si stabile, este necesar sa asteptati intre 10-15
minute. In timpul acesta, lampa indicatoare se va aprinde sis tinge repetat.
O preincalzire corecta va va ajuta sa obtineti cartofi prajiti rumeniti si crocanti.
UTILIZARE
Conectati la priza aparatul si reglati temperatura dorita din thermostat. Lampa
indicatoare si lampa se aprind. In momentul atingerii temperaturii reglate, lampa se
stinge. Cand temperature scade temostatul incepe sa lucreze din nou si lampa se va
aprinde din nou. Se va stinge din nou can va fi atinsa temperature reglata.
Cand friteuza a atins temperature dorita, ridicati cosul folosind manerul si agatati-o de
varful friteuzei.
Puneti preparatele in cos usor sa evitati stropirea si lasati usor cosul in totalitate in ului sau
grasime.
Cand prepararea este gata, ridicati cosul de maner si agatat-il de varful friteuzei ca sa
se scurga grasimea.
Daca este necesar puteti indeparta cosul din aparat.
Asiguraţi-vă ca mâncarea este preparată exterior şi interior.
Friteuza nu este prevăzută cu buton PORNIT/OPRIT. După terminarea preparării puneţi
termostatul pe pozitie “Min” şi scoateţi aparatul din priză. Nu mutaţi aparatul atâta timp
cât uleiul sau grăsimea este încă încinsă.
SFATURI PRACTICE
Scurgeti bine hrana inainte de a o praji. Apa in exces poate forma spuma care se
poate revarsa din aparat.
Bucatile de hrana trebuie sa fie de marimi similare pentru o prajire completa si uniforma.
Asteptati intodeauna sa se atinga temperatura necesara si sa se stinga indicatorul
luminos si dupa accea adaugati hrana.
Nu umpleti cosul complet.
RETETE
Cartofi prajiti
Se recomanda prepararea in 2 trepte.
Folositi cartofi „vechi” (nu cartofi „noi”). Taiati cartofii in bucati egale. Clatiti apoi sub
apa rece pentrua a reduce nivelul de amidon. Uscati.
Respectati greutatea recomandata. Cand temperatura atinge 180°C, puneti cartofii in
cos si coborati usor cosul in ulei.
Pentru 500g de cartofi, prajiti timp de 6 minute la 180°C, apoi ridicati cosul.
Astepatai ca termostatul sa intre in functiune si dupa ce indicatorul luminos se stinge,
coborati cosul pentru inca 2 minute.
Ridicati cosul si lasati la scurs.
Pentru bune rezultate puteti inlatura excesul de grasime cu ajutorul hartiei absorbante.
Timpul de prajire poate varia usor in functie de tipul de cartofi folositi si de grosimea
acestora.
Rondele de ceapa
Temperatura de prajire - 175°C pentru 4 sau 5 minute.
Taiati 2 cepe si le decojiti. Formati rondele din ceapa taiata.
Scufundati rondelele de ceapa in lapte si condimente.
Scurgeti si dati prin faina.
Introduceti rondelele in cos si prajitile.
